As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in communicating the benefits of generics and other therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings and enhancing patient care. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while ensuring patients are adherent and compliant with their therapies.Key responsibilities include:
- Interacting directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, and provide education and support
- Conducting generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications in collaboration with the Specialty Projects Team
- Performing numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant
- Effectively handling incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers
- Gaining patient and order information while proactively addressing customer needs and concerns
- Providing customer education and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- 1+ year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
- A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Residency in the state of Nevada
Skills and Competencies
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.45 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
