**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling when necessary
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of software applications
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Fluency in multiple languages
