- Problem-solve using analytical thinking to find solutions that meet the customer's needs, without relying on pre-populated scripts
- Multitask by navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer questions
- Escalate systemic issues to help us continuously improve, identifying areas where improvement is needed on behalf of Wayfair customers and sharing trends with leadership
