About the Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with expert guidance every step of the way. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they're entitled to, and you'll work closely with our team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and Enroll Clients: Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans that meet their needs. Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.
- Build Strong Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Work with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized support.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes. Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information to clients. Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to provide expert guidance.
- Manage Client Records: Organize and manage schedules and client records effectively, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus, but not required. Call experience is also a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Education: High school Diploma or GED - Required.
- Licensing: A license to sell insurance is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules and client records effectively, with strong organizational skills.
