Our client is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships for students attending K-12 private schools. They process applications and funding for families and schools across Canada, and they're looking for customer service professionals to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work directly with families and schools, responding to inquiries about student applications, scholarship funding, and program details. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all questions are answered, and callers are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from families and schools regarding student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure that all questions are answered and callers are satisfied
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scholarship applications and funding
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
- Adhere to quality and productivity standards, meeting or exceeding performance goals

Qualifications and Skills:
