Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely or from home, enjoying a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, plus weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
- Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience, comfortable with sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce.
- Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools.
