Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds via phone, email, and chat.

- Issue Resolution: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Documentation: Document all interactions and actions taken in our customer service platform.
- Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, promotions, and travel procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
- Personalized Experience: Deliver a personalized and positive experience for each customer you assist.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; higher education or related certifications are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
