**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
* Providing technical assistance to applicants, empowering them to complete their applications with ease and confidence.
* Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, providing accurate and timely solutions.
* Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multitasking, as needed.
* Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
* Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support and guidance.
* Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting innovative solutions to improve our processes.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
* Technical savvy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
* Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges, with a flexible and solutions-focused mindset.
* Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat), managing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
* Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish.

* Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
