Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- The ability to multi-task, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and performing well in a fast-paced environment.

- A high school graduate or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
- The ability to pass a background check, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information.

- A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection, with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
- A cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify, with options for two-factor authentication including a smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls.
