Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to multi-task, navigating computer systems, taking notes, and maintaining a conversation with customers.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, internet browsing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as a willingness to work overtime as needed.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, with a webcam and headset for virtual collaboration.
