About the Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Requirements and Qualifications

You should have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset and have a working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms.
In terms of experience, we're looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in handling E-commerce/SaaS businesses. Experience working remotely is a plus, as is experience handling customer support needs of US/UK clients. You should have great problem-solving skills, be able to work with minimum supervision, and be open to working in shifts.
