Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative role is a vital part of our team, interacting directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. As a self-directed and independent performer, you will work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring overall savings to patients and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure our patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant to their therapies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $17.00 - $28.45 per hour.
