Key Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a keen sense of style and attention to detail
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail or similar environment
- 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve complex customer service issues
- Computer experience, with proficiency in using technology to support customer interactions and resolve issues
- High-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or device, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from home
- A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android, facilitating seamless communication with customers and colleagues
