- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in insurance products and services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
