- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and provide prompt responses to customer queries
- Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, setting the tone for a positive experience
- Take premium payments from customers and process transactions accurately
- Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell our financial products and services
- Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information to ensure data accuracy
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism
- Return all phone messages promptly, ensuring timely communication with our clients
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
