Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will involve:
- Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a positive experience for our customers while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner

- Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

- Be able to work a hybrid work schedule, comprising of weekly office and remote requirements
