Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a typing speed of 35 wpm or greater.
