About the Role: Customer Support Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Puerto Rico. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and guide new customers through the online ordering process.
- Respond to emails and address queries from customers, internal departments, and process servers, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Document issues in Confluence, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible.
- Visit court dockets to gather information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED, coupled with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as PDF Editor and phone systems.
- Experience with document manipulation, including editing and formatting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- A strong typing speed of at least 55 wpm, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:
- Previous experience in a legal or court-related environment, providing a deeper understanding of the industry.
- Familiarity with Confluence or other documentation tools, enabling seamless integration into our systems.
- A proactive approach to issue resolution, with the ability to anticipate and circumvent potential problems.
