Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions through inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a drive to solve problems and meet goals. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you must have a quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work from home, with excellent Internet connectivity and a reliable in-house network.
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
- Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better).
- A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications.
- Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.
