Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in academic achievement
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service and support
- General knowledge of customer service principles and English language structure, enabling effective communication with students and patients
- Proficient in problem-solving, active listening, and time management skills, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of student inquiries and concerns

Preferred Qualifications
