- Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
- Monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST) to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
- Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members
- Responding to guest reviews in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
