Key Responsibilities

- Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer complaints
Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring our customers receive uninterrupted support
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role, including an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and customer support processes.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a New York State resident, with a strong understanding of the local community and its needs
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Be proficient in using computer systems, software, and technology to document customer interactions and resolve issues
- Have a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support and meeting performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of medical insurance and healthcare-related topics
