Key Responsibilities
- Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
- Follow company procedures to ensure consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations.
- Provide clear and concise information to members about our services and their insurance coverage.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution.
- Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to type 35wpm or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role, particularly in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software.
