About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our team on an interim basis. This is a fixed-term 8 or 7-month contract, with possible extension depending on performance and business needs. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to engage and delight our broad variety of customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a correct and timely manner via diverse channels (chat, email, phone, social media).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive Annual Gross Base Salary of 18,000€-23,000€ depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience. You will also receive Health Insurance from day 1 (including dental coverage), with access to multiple hospitals and clinics and a vast wellness network. Additionally, you will receive a Work From Home Allowance to help with your monthly household bills, and commuting between your home and our office is covered by blithequark. You will also have access to amazing office facilities right in the centre of Lisbon.
