**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through various channels, help them navigate our website and online ordering system, and become a product and solutions expert. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat

* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
