Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve technical issues, addressing billing concerns, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, first call resolution (FCR) rates, and average handling time (AHT).

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required).

- Live within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site.
