- Proactively greeting customers, assessing their needs, explaining available technology options, and directing them appropriately
- Positively influencing customers' use of airport technology to ensure a better, faster, and friendlier airport experience for all customers
- Displaying a positive image of blithequark and maintaining a professional attitude at all times
- Keeping customers informed while ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Efficiently coordinating with internal resources while working under pressure and time constraints to dispatch flights on time
- Performing a variety of tasks in accordance with the functional work location assignment, including cross-functional responsibilities and duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- Ability to embrace diversity, think critically, and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong commitment to safety and security, with a focus on protecting self and others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Physical ability to frequently lift baggage or items weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
