The Role: Customer Experience Consultant
As a Customer Experience Consultant at blithequark, you will be the crucial link between our customers' at-home and in-store experiences. Your role will be to provide a seamless and simple process for our customers, ensuring they can purchase their desired vehicle in a manner that suits them best. You will be responding to sales leads and customer inquiries, guiding them through every step of their car buying journey, from initial sales or appraisal to finance applications and vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences for their next car purchase.
- Utilize your knowledge of blithequark's inventory to recommend vehicles that meet the customers' needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through every step of the car buying process, ensuring a seamless transition from online interactions to in-store purchasing.
- Provide an unrivaled customer service experience by being responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
- Mentor and support colleagues as your skills and expertise expand.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining the high standards of customer service that blithequark is known for.
- Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may involve testing and travel.
Compensation and Incentives
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will receive an hourly rate. Following your training period, you will have the opportunity to earn a performance-based sales incentive in addition to your hourly rate, providing a clear pathway to increased earnings based on your performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
- A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals and targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to learn and master new technologies quickly; strong computer skills are essential.
- Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to adjust your schedule twice a year according to the business needs.
- Residence within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
