- Request contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales skills to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering solutions and creating a positive experience for our customers
- Maintain high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability, to ensure the success of our team and company
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to think fast and make decisions that benefit both the customer and the company
Requirements and Qualifications
