Key Responsibilities

- Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail Experience: Six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Previous Work Experience: Previous work experience with Wayfair or a similar company.
- Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
