- At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media platforms.
- 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard proficiency.
- Familiarity with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and other performance indicators, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with bi-lingual proficiency considered a plus.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts quickly and professionally, maintaining a customer-first mindset.
