As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries and concerns through phone, chat, and email.
About the Role
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract role with a view to extension, offering 40 hours of work per week. You'll be working variable hours to match our customers' needs, including late evening and day shifts, as well as weekends and national holidays. Your schedule will be known six weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal life around your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers with your unique personality and approach.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and adapting to changing situations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional support experience.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old.
- The right to work in the Netherlands.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency).
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Experience working with a computer.
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required).
- Initial four weeks' availability for full-time training (paid).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
- A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
