About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Professional to join our team in Arizona, USA. As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, providing top-notch service, and identifying opportunities to offer our products and services that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs and recommending the right blithequark SBS products.
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other components of blithequark Independent Venture Administrations.
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment.
- Document essential record data according to established policies and procedures.
- Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected to overhauling and deals rehearses, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trust.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least two years of client care experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment (two years+).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an online climate.

- Previous experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
