Our platform is accessible via VR, desktop computers, or mobile devices, providing flexibility and convenience for our members. With over 200 events each week, led by certified guides, our community offers a diverse range of activities, from serious discussions on mental health topics like Anxiety, Depression, and Recovery, to more informal social gatherings and mindfulness exercises.

Job Summary

As a Community Moderator and Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for monitoring user interactions within our online application, enforcing community guidelines and policies, and providing exceptional customer support via Zendesk. Your goal will be to create a safe, supportive environment where members feel valued, heard, and empowered to take control of their mental health.
