About the Role
As a Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you'll play a critical role in driving business success and developing the skills of our associates. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in our office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You'll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Teams: Teach, train, and mentor associates to achieve business objectives and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, manage inventory, and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Model and promote exceptional customer service standards, ensuring customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Associate Development: Hire, train, and develop associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
- Business Operations: Coordinate and complete job-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Review and analyze financial data, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of college or equivalent experience
- 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience, or 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
