Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and positivity of our online community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Moderating the chat on our official Discord server, ensuring that users adhere to the community guidelines and rules.
- Deleting messages that violate the rules, and taking appropriate action against users who repeatedly breach the guidelines.
- Banning users who have multiple and repeat violations of the rules, and muting users who have violated the rules to prevent further disruption.
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule breaches, and taking prompt and fair action to resolve the issue.
- Providing a positive and supportive experience for our community members, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with diverse community members.
