Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement and management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail or technology industry, with a strong understanding of business operations and market trends
- Proven experience in contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive business insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Certifications in financial planning and analysis, such as FP&A or CFA, with a strong understanding of industry best practices
