About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Spanish/English Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High school graduate or equivalent

- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong listening and negotiating skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of call center experience
- 6 months of sales experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
