About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Spanish Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Spanish Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries, and building strong relationships with our clients. Working Hours

This role is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days from 6 on a rotational basis, Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 20:00.
