Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your native-level translation and localization skills in Chinese to support internal and external customers and related products
- Test and proofread content in Chinese, documenting outcomes in English for stakeholders
- Navigate various internal tools to understand the customer journey and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine opportunities for optimizing the quality auditing and machine translation improvement processes
- Analyze thousands of interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement, and experiment with new approaches to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Program Managers, Product Managers, and the Machine Learning team, to ensure that your work is aligned with business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a native Chinese speaker with fluency in English, both written and verbal. You should have a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you should have:
- 1+ years of business experience in localization and translation
- Customer service experience, with a customer-obsessed mindset
- Experience working in complex and frequently-changing environments
- Ability to interpret customer needs and frame them as clear requirements
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
