About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, software applications, and other technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
