Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations
- Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of automotive products and services
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
Work from Home Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:
- Internet connection requirements: minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required, with the ability to provide documentation to support your internet speed
