About the Role
As an Associate Manager with Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing efforts by collaborating with the Loyalty and Starbucks Rewards teams to support program management and project management. Key Responsibilities
- Act as project management support for loyalty and Starbucks Rewards campaigns, working with a cross-functional team to drive digital creative workstreams across channels.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results, and escalate risks as necessary to secure alignment on the best course of action.
- Develop and drive project schedules and progress to ensure that expected outcomes are met on time, and identify areas for process improvement to enhance overall marketing strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships across diverse teams to facilitate flawless execution of campaign work and improve processes to meet or exceed Starbucks standards.
- Collaborate with effective marketing kick-offs to ensure creative and media teams receive comprehensive briefings to start work efficiently.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Influence processes for improving business planning, cross-functional communication, work integration, and collaboration between partners from cross-functional departments to achieve KPIs.
Essential Qualifications

- Experience with the development and launch of digital marketing communications in owned channels and digital technologies (e.g., email, app, web, paid and owned media).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams.
- Project management expertise, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, HR, and communications.
