How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing

As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a strong and diverse skillset. Your daily tasks will include safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. You will also be responsible for guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions, ensuring timely connections. Additionally, you will operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion, and operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States. You will also need to have a valid driver's license, proficiency in English, and pass a physical ability test (PAT). Additionally, you will need to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
