As an Agile Coach at Qualitest, you will play a key role in launching new Agile teams and coaching existing teams to achieve higher levels of maturity and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach existing Agile teams to higher levels of maturity by conducting recurring agility assessments and working with the teams to implement identified improvement opportunities.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Business Analysts, and other Agile team members as needed to mature knowledge and practices.
- Leverage prior training and experience to coach any role within the Scrum team and help the team reach higher levels of maturity by continually improving their process and ensuring that they adhere to the Scrum framework.
- Apply a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for optimizing the Scrum delivery approach, recognizing that Scrum does not prescribe all necessary activities.
- Possess knowledge of other Agile approaches, such as Kanban and hybrid approaches, and be able to adapt to different methodologies as needed.
- Facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictate.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
- Be flexible and creative in problem-solving and identifying process improvements.
- Anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mind-set.
- Adhere to corporate work ethic standards.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Advanced Scrum Master certification or elevated certification.
- Extensive experience with SAFe and PI Planning.
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques, such as BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Team Building, etc.
- Technical expertise and understanding of software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and understanding of major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, project management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, and technical skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to:
