Position Overview
As an Executive Search Associate - Fully Remote, you will play a critical role in our recruitment process, working closely with our recruiters to identify and engage top-tier talent for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and contribute to our mission of building strong, successful teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through cold calling and networking with various industry trade associations.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our recruiting database, and document calls.
- Collaboration: Partner with recruiters to understand client needs and effectively communicate job opportunities to potential candidates.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Career Development: Learn candidate generation and interview skills in the first six months, and begin to conduct interviewing and vetting in the last half of the first year.
