We are a B2B consulting firm entering a commercial partnership with another firm. We need a custom financial model built to project revenue scenarios, calculate commissions, and support our contract negotiation.
Project Scope
We need a single-use calculator (Excel or Google Sheets) that models:
- Joint revenue share by deal
- Bidirectional commission structures (each partner can refer and/or deliver)
- Multiple deal types and service categories (PR, Analyst Relations, HubSpot, Paid Media, etc.)
- Revenue over time, margin analysis, and profit split
- Adjustable scenario planning (conservative / base / aggressive)
- Option to add customer tenure or churn assumptions

Optional:

You Are…
- Experienced in Excel financial modeling
- Familiar with revenue sharing, commission splits, or agency pricing
- Detail-oriented and able to create clear, client-friendly documentation
