Job description: ERP Specialist - NAV/BC - $135k - Ohio/RemoteOur client is a Dynamics NAV end user in the retail and hospitality space with a large user base who is looking for an ERP Specialist as they prepare for an upgrade from NAV to Business Central.This is an exciting role for anyone who is eager to take on new projects and grow their careers in the Dynamics space. We are looking for a techno-functional professional who will be able to interface well with their accounting team in addition to playing a key role in converting their code from NAV to BC.Your New Role:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central applications.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design and implement new features and functionality within the NAV / Business Central environment.

• Perform system integrations and data migrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NAV / Business Central.

• Design and develop reports using Jet Reports, SSRS, and Power BI

• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with accounting and operations leadership on process improvements
