We are actively seeking experienced Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory (AMB) Analysts to support a pediatric healthcare client through a major Epic implementation initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare IT team focused on improving population health initiatives, ambulatory workflows, and patient outcomes within a pediatric care environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Epic Healthy Planet and/or Ambulatory application build, optimization, and implementation activities
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
  • Participate in design sessions, testing, validation, and go-live support activities
  • Assist with workflow analysis, issue resolution, and end-user support
  • Support population health initiatives, reporting, care gap workflows, registries, and quality metrics
  • Work closely with cross-functional Epic teams throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Epic Healthy Planet and Epic Ambulatory certification preferred
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, or go-live initiatives
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory clinic workflows and operational processes
  • Experience within pediatric or multi-specialty healthcare environments is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across clinical, operational, and technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Healthy Planet registries, outreach, reporting, or care management workflows
  • Ambulatory workflow design and support
  • Population health initiatives and value-based care programs
  • Testing, validation, and go-live support
  • Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, or related Epic reporting tools
