Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Some experience in childcare, demonstrating your ability to work with children and understand their needs.
- A passion for working one-on-one with children with autism, showing empathy and a commitment to their development.
- Excellent customer care, customer service, computer, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills.
- The ability to meet assigned goals and work towards achieving them with dedication and perseverance.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, along with proof of employment eligibility/work authorization.
- The capacity to pass a background check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
